Hue: I need to change my flight departure.

我想变更{pinyin：gèng}一下航班（出发）时间。

Nancy: When do you need to go?

你想要yào 改到什么时候？

Hue: I need to leave tomorrow morning.

明天早《拼音：zǎo》上。

Nancy: Can it be a non-direct flight?

非直达航班（练：bān）可以吗？

Hue: I would prefer a direct flight.

我{pinyin：wǒ}比较喜欢直达的。

Nancy: There is one direct flight leaving tomorrow morning at 7 AM. It’s $100 more expensive.

Hotel Clerk: This is the Front Desk. How can I help you?

笔【繁：筆】记：

① complain about: 抱/埋怨(练：yuàn)，对XXX发牢骚，也可表示“投诉”之意。

② 住酒店之时，说“我是XXX，我住XXX房间”或“我是【拼音：shì】来自XXX房间的XXX”都【练：dōu】用“I’m XXX from room XXX”这个表达。另，酒(读：jiǔ)店房间号的读法：101读作“one O one”， 112读作“one twelve”……，百位数不读出来，而是分开读。

③ 英语中称呼“女(拼音：nǚ)士(拼音：shì)，小姐”各个词的区别，请（繁体：請）大家牢记，别叫错了，不然会叫出问题的。

Mrs.亚博体育用来称呼已婚女人，一（pinyin：yī）般年龄比较大；

Miss.用来称呼年《读：nián》轻未婚女子，年龄小；

Ms.是通用的，在不能确定对方是否结(繁：結)婚时就用这词，但{pinyin：dàn}多用于书面语（可能因为（繁：爲）Ms和Miss读法一样，区分不出来）

④ 询问能帮什么忙除chú 了[繁体：瞭]How can I help you，还可以说（How） may I help you， 或者文中的直接how can I help，但老师教的can I help you几乎不用。

⑤ attached表示“附加，连着，附送，附有”，如attached file附加文《练：wén》件，attached list附表，在邮件中就表示“附件”或者“附上XXX”，如you can find our company profile in the attachment或attached our our company profile（附件里是公司概况/介绍）；而比较《繁体：較》正式，从法律的【练：de】角度或口吻则用 enclose herewith XXX】
